Travel Trailer: Camper / Hunter Shack / Fish house / Mobile storage - $745

1971 14 ft. Prairie Schooner travel trailer
History:
I purchased this trailer in Phoenix, AZ in April of this year with the intent of using it to haul some of our belongings to Minneapolis, then possibly camp in it or sell it if I could use the money. I then put brand new 6 ply tires on it, re-greased the bearings and seals, and put on a new jack with a rotatable wheel on it. We made the move to Minneapolis and parked the trailer for 3 months with many of our belongings still in it using it as a storage. Now it is cleared out and in just as good condition as ever with the new maintanance.

My Honda Passport pulled it nicely with boxes full of belongings in it, and has only a V6 3.2L engine. I climbed 3,000 feet of elevation in 70 miles from Cottonwood AZ to Flagstaff AZ. Thats when I knew the next 1600 miles to Mn would be no problem.

Goods:
I haven't seen a single leak in over the half of a year I owned it
This trailer hasn't seen the harshness of the Minnesota weather, so it has only very little rust because of the dry AZ air
It has a fridge, sink, stove, windows and ceiling vent, table, and 3 bench seats that turn into beds and sleeps 4
New tires, mobility jack, and re-greased seals and bearings
Signal lights and brake lights work, and is fully ready to be towed
Very spatious for a 900 lb 14 ft travel trailer
Made very strong like the older model trucks
It has a spare tire on the back
I have the title

Issues:
There are some cosmetic issues not seen in the pictures. To get the best idea of how it looks you should stop by and see it.
Some dents on the outside not seen in the pictures, also some wallpaper and paneling could use some repair.
The middle of the back wall is a bit soft from moisture probably coming in from around the back window. Silicone caulk, a couple sheets of fiber board, and a little wallpaper would be a quick fix. A little demo would be required to fix like new.
The refrigerator condenser hose fell from the bottom, and can use a new one
There is some kind of problem with the running lights, but if not fixed, can still be towed at night legally with the flashers on.

The haul up to Mn was an excellent test of dependability. That and the new tires make this trailer an excellent buy.

If wanting to buy, email me at DanielDF1@live.com and we can set up a time and day for you to come down and lock in the sale.

I'm asking $745.
